We love the Cat Care Clinic. We've taken our beloved twelve-year-old girl, Spot, here since moving to Orange County a few years ago. They provide great care, transparent pricing, and excellent follow-up. Our cat, Spot, recently had a surgical procedure to rule out a cancer diagnosis. Having had our girl since she was three months old, it was very emotional and scary for my husband and I. We felt so informed and cared for each step of the way: - We were seen right away after calling and describing what we were seeing with our cat - communicated with very clearly about suggestions, procedure, and after-care - received follow-up calls to check on Spot after her procedure. We want to take the best care of our cat that we can into her old age, she's our family, and we rely on the guidance of her vets to help us do that. Not only do the vets at Cat Care Clinic "get it", they take their time to answer all our questions and put us at ease!
I would not take my cat anywhere else after trying other vets. My cat is not subjected to raucous dogs in the waiting room area. The doctors here are exceptionally talented and have made some spot-on calls on exactly what was causing skin problems on my rescue guy. The are also very patients with my shy cat. I boarded him there for 3 nights and called to check on him. They explained due to his shyness they placed a curtain inside his "room" to give him privacy, but he could still peek around it if he became curious. An unexpected and thoughtful gesture there
I cannot say enough good things about this place. They might seem a bit pricey at first but truly know what they are doing and I've never been given a wrong diagnosis. The cost of surgeries, dentals, euthanasia I believe is similar or cheaper than many other top notch vets. The staff is amazing kind and compassionate. I have been a patron for over 5 years (probably closer to 10) and I will never take my cats anywhere else! Thank you CCC staff I love you all
