I rarely leave reviews, but I honestly had to share my experience. Jenniffer and Andrea at Ulta completely changed my day. From the moment I walked in, they treated me with kindness, patience, and genuine care. They didn’t just do their job – they went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable, heard, and taken care of.
Jenniffer took her time helping me, explaining everything with so much warmth, like a friend who truly wants the best for you. Andrea was incredibly sweet and supportive, making sure everything was perfect and that I left happy. They both showed professionalism, respect, and real human kindness that you don’t see often anymore.
I had an amazing experience Dani helped me so much with my look. I haven’t used makeup in so long so was completely lost. She walked me throughout the store and helped me select the products I needed to get started. An absolute lifesaver 10/10 highly recommend!! Thank you Dani I’ll keep coming back again!!!

Today i went into Ulta I was helped by a MUA Joanna. I was looking for different shades of foundation, which I had a really hard time finding the right one, but luckily Joanna helped me out. She understood my needs She was very friendly very helpful. I did spent $200 worth of items which she was very patient and testing out the shades brands of foundation concealers lipsticks on me I am very excited to now try my new makeup she recommended for every day where thank you so much Ulta and Joanna!❤️❤️❤️❤️
