The Body Lab is a health and wellness business focused on providing high-quality services and products at affordable prices. They offer private infrared sauna rooms, vitamin injections, drips, and pushes, and nontoxic facial services. The infrared sauna rooms come with Netflix and Hulu, and there is a separate shower room available for use. Appointments are necessary, and it is important to arrive on time as late arrival may cut into the allotted hour. While there have been some issues with front desk staff, the sauna experiences have been positive, with clean rooms and working chambers. The Body Lab is considered one of the best and cleanest infrared sauna options in the area, with some locations offering showers after sessions.
This is my new favorite place to unwind and focus on my health. They have the best packages for infrared saunas. I aim to go one to three times a week! They are always on time, everything is super clean and well taken care of and the staff is absolutely amazing. Amy the owner can answer any questions you have and is so genuinely kind. I’m also looking forward to trying out a facial and the cold plunge. I highly recommend!

I use the infrared sauna once a week as a post workout recovery treat and my legs have been thanking me! The heat helps everything relax and my hamstrings feel a lot looser after a good sweat! While the heat can be intense, having Netflix to distract you during the session is super helpful and I can usually get through at least one episode of a show while I sweat, which does make the time go by quicker!
Highly recommend if you're looking to try the infrared sauna for the first time, or if you're looking for a little post workout recovery time! Be prepared to sweat!
