The infrared sauna rooms come with Netflix and Hulu, and there is a separate shower room available for use. Appointments are necessary, and it is important to arrive on time as late arrival may cut into the allotted hour. While there have been some issues with front desk staff, the sauna experiences have been positive, with clean rooms and working chambers. The Body Lab is considered one of the best and cleanest infrared sauna options in the area, with some locations offering showers after sessions.

The staff is always very sweet, professional and accommodating. The perfect place to go when you're feeling off physically and need a little tuneup and self care.
Saunas are extremely relaxing, the smart tv's with bluetooth connection help pass the 40 minutes quickly. The salt room is a breath of fresh air, Salt is dry misted into the room and quickly fills the space. The room is set up very comfortably, and I noticed an immediate improvement in my congestion.
