Great Experience having Sano heating and air service my A/C. Extremely Thorough. Andrew showed up on time and did an excellent job. Very professional and informative on passing along the information associated with the service provided. I highly recommend this company.
My AC was starting to break down. I contacted them at like 5:30pm on a Friday during the Labor Day weekend but they were still responsive. I didn't expect anything, but I wanted to get the process started so I'm not without AC for too long. Jasmine picked up my call and then corresponded with me over text and got everything she needed to get things rolling. She tried to get someone out on short notice, but it was the holiday weekend and I was going out of town.

I took advantage of the discounted inspection and cleaning of my air conditioning system. Patrick H. arrived at my house on a holiday weekend and was extremely professional, courteous, and performed the inspection and cleaning of my air conditioning unit in a way that was beyond my expectations. I know that in the future, I will be contacting Sano Heating and Air Conditioning for all of my heating and air conditioning needs.
