Our shower / sink drainage and pipes just stopped working and all the norm DIY things weren’t working. He came same day within a couple hours, and immediately assessed and got to starting. He had to pivot because it was more complicated, but he just communicated (even answered some extra questions I had) and got things done. He was both careful/intentional and prompt from my point of view and that really helped us feel more settled about the situation. Also, as a person was respectful, kind and professional which makes everything (especially a pipe emergency) so much better~
