These guys replaced the resin in my water softener and made sure everything was set up and functioning properly. It was pouring rain when they came out but they were perfectly on time and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I initially selected Radiant Water based on their high reviews from here and their responsiveness when I contacted them for a quote. These high reviews are warranted and they did a great job! Ryan and Pat are great to work with and came out the next day and repaired my water softener. They installed new resin and replaced the float valve in my brine tank. The price was fair and they explained everything thoroughly. I would highly recommend them.

Wow! I was looking for a soft water alternative that doesn't require a drain, electricity, maintenance and noiseless. Pat (the owner) good old-fashion honest guy, recommended an alternative and even better - I can still drink the water from any faucet. On time, professional install. I would highly recommend this guy. The company has been around for a long time and the glass on the showers look better!
