We’ve been using Pacific Coast Termite for a few years now for annual termite inspections and rodent (rats!) control. No issues on the termite side—they’re responsive, thorough, and quick to come out if we think we’re seeing activity between annual visits.
We also hired them to deal with rats in the attic. They inspected the house, sealed the entry points, set traps, and came back several times to check on things. But after our handyman found a fourth dead rat—after Pacific Coast had already declared us rat-free—I used our warranty and asked for a reinspection. They came out right away. We recently had our home tented for termites, and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish. The team at Pacific Termite and Pest Control was on top of everything. Their communication (esp Kandy) was fast and clear, and they kept us informed throughout the whole process. The actual tenting was completed quicker than we expected, and we were able to return to our home in a very reasonable amount of time. Overall, we’re very pleased with their service and would highly recommend them.

We've used Pacific Coast Termites for several years and have always received great service. Miguel recently did our annual inspection and did an incredibly thorough job, and was very helpful pointing out areas that had other non-termite problems.
