Good design advice, quality work, and great communication. We had The OCIP Co install pavers in both the front and back of our house, demo and repour concrete at our driveway border, demo part of our courtyard wall, regrade the slope behind our house, and install drain lines. Once we signed the contract, they were able to start working within a few days. There were a couple small miscommunications during the install, but Shaun kept in close touch throughout the entire process to be sure we were on the same page and that we got the result we wanted.
Shaun had timely communication with any questions I had and went above and beyond coordinating with the city. The extended driveway approach was completed in a prompt manner, as promised.
