I started seeing Dr. Ann during my first pregnancy for severe lower back pain and carpal tunnel. Thanks to her care, I had a pain-free, comfortable pregnancy and felt so supported throughout. I also took her Spinning Babies classes, which were incredibly helpful. When I became pregnant again, I didn't hesitate to see Dr. Ann, and once again, she helped me through the usual aches and pains with amazing results. Now, almost two years postpartum, I still see her regularly, and she continues to be an integral part of my wellness routine. Update. I had my 2nd baby boy and also came here during the end of my pregnancy. I enjoyed my experience here as much as I did during my first. This time around I had a completely unmedicated/natural delivery and it was healthy although precipitous. I still don't know how I did it, but my body knew what to do and I have no doubt that my supportive interventions during pregnancy helped.
