The laundromat is clean and well-maintained, with washers and dryers that work efficiently. Customers appreciate the convenience of the reusable card system and the helpful advice provided by the staff on machine selection and costs. The laundromat offers additional amenities such as games and snacks for customers to enjoy while they wait. One customer mentioned that the staff consistently saves any forgotten items and returns them washed and folded, demonstrating their dedication to customer satisfaction.
I came to this laundromat last minute because it was close to an area I needed to drop my car off at. I was in a rush and had no idea I needed a laundry card to swipe on the machines and was fumbling around trying to use my credit card instead. The owner came to ask if I needed help and explained I needed a specific laundry card, but suggested he could charge my card separately and then swipe his card for me on the machine. I really appreciated him helping me find a solution to make sure I could use the machines, if I lived in this area, I would definitely use Lighthouse!

This laundromat is a hidden gem! The gentleman who runs it is so sweet and always willing to help, which makes the experience feel very welcoming. The machines are hygienized a couple of times a day, and the place is always spotless. It also has a really nice atmosphere to wait while your laundry is going.
They have a good perk on the weekend, for every time you load $20 onto your card, you get an extra $3. Yay!!
Clean and run by genuinely kind people. I actually enjoy doing laundry here.

Been coming here for 3 years since moving to the area. Love this laundromat! Always clean, a lot of machines, ample folding space, and friendly attendants. Not the least expensive, but my clothes are always clean and fresh after coming here — some cheaper places aren’t great about cleaning the machines and my clothes end up smelling metallic or moldy after — so the value matches the price.
