I first came here in 2013 and have been going for the past 9 years. They are very responsive via phone and email. Dr. Kim has incredibly gentle hands; I am a baby with pain tolerance and I barely feel when he works on my teeth (I've had cavities and crowns from him). His attention to detail on the crowns is so superb, you'd never know they weren't my real teeth.
