Johnny is a fantastic contractor. He did renovate both my upstairs and downstairs including a fabulous new kitchen. My house feels like a new place. His team is great, everything was done with careful planning. I absolutely recommend him.
We had Jb and Sons complete repairs from water damage after our restoration company removed all of the damaged floor and drywall etc. Johnny was super responsive any time I reached out and was really good about answering questions and getting things done in a timely manner. We ran into some headaches with the insurance check and our own inexperience but Johnny was super understanding and flexible about everything. I really can't recommend them enough, and I already have a couple of smaller repairs I'm planning to have them help with over the next couple of years.
Jb &Sons Construction was subcontracted by OC Restoration due to water damage from a neighbor. Johnny and his team had their work cut out for them rebuilding the outside and inside bedroom and closet. I was informed of everything that needed to be done, how long it would take as well as explaining the entire process with insurance. Johnny took care of all the insurance issues for us so we did not have to worry. He made the entire process STRESS-FREE. the outcome was absolutely beautiful. the rebuild of the inside bedroom left me speechless.
