Infinity Solar has been amazing to work with. I have had my system for 7 years and they have taken of everything. During that time, I have had to have several inverters repaired/replaced and also some work done on the communication with the units. They have always been there to take care of everything promptly and efficiently. Briana is wonderful at coordinating service from their headquarters, and Adrian & Israel went the extra effort to ensure all of my panels were active, the inverters were working properly and everything was reporting back to my dashboard last week. Three years ago I selected Infinity Solar,s offer from various other offers. They installed the solar system on my house including storage battery. During the last years they were very reponsive to troubleshoot the system and bring it back on line in a timely manner. Lately I approached them to remove the PV panels for a roofing project. They were competetive and provided a quick service to facilitate the reroofing then reinstalled the panels and brought the system back online in an efficient way.
We initially got a solar quote from Tesla, then read about many unhappy customers and bad/slow customer service. Then we started reading reviews of local installers and reached out to Infinity Solar. They responded immediately and had someone out to give me a quote quickly. Their quote was better than Tesla's and communication great too. So we decided to go with them. They were great all the way through. The hardest part for me was getting my HOA approval. Infinity lived up to their timing, and got me installed quickly and conveniently. Working with their staff was a joy. I would highly recommend this company. 5-Stars!
