For her 85th birthday on 2/20, I am taking my mother in law to get a facial. I researched spas in OC and found Illumination Skin Spa. I read the Yelp reviews, looked at the photos and visited the website. The place appears clean and is aesthetically pleasing. They have a large selection of options. I called and left a VM on 2/12 at 4pm. I called and left a VM on 2/13 at 3pm. I provided the best time to reach me, asking for a return call after 430. Then waited. A return call occurred on 2/18 at 1:30. Six days later. The lady, Kelly, was somewhat apologetic explaining she has problems with her VM system and needs a new phone.
