Had an issue that had been lingering for about a year, with another company coming out around six times, unable to fix it. Called High Performance and John came out and fixed it in one afternoon. Was very pleased with the pricing as well. His diagnostic fee was higher than most, but he tells you that upfront. When the repair was complete however, I still came out paying less than prior repairs by, "Less expensive," vendors. I was pleased to do business with him and I will definitely use his services again if the need arises.

John has been helping me with our HVAC issues for many years. Our system is very old but John, magically, keeps it going! John is extremely knowledgeable about everything that is HVAC (vendors, brands, systems, operating matters, etc.). He is also very passionate about sharing his knowledge and advice with his clients. I consider him as an exceptional authority and a great advisor on HVAC matters. John has also been very prompt in responding to our service needs. Moreover, he is honest, trustworthy, and a great human being!!
