stumbled upon Herbal Nails and Spa through Instagram and decided to give them a try since they welcomed walk-ins. Let me tell you, it was one of the best decisions I've made! Jouly (or Touly, apologies if I got the name wrong) worked her magic and delivered an absolutely AMAZING result! I'm always apprehensive when trying a new nail technician, but Jouly nailed it (pun intended)! She replicated the design exactly as I showed her, leaving me extremely satisfied. Plus, the cherry on top was the 20% off for first-time customers! I'm definitely coming back for more. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
I walked in not know how it would be because it was my first time, but I absolutely love my nail Helen did a wonderful job making sure they were perfect. The are super friendly and very accommodating. 10/10 would recommend!
Had a nail break and needed an emergency fix. Vivian got me in in-between my meetings and did a full color removal, nail shaping, gel x fill, and new color application in addition to the new nail that had broken. While I will not make broad stroke recommendations for this business, I would 100 percent sing Vivian's praises! Please see her if you want beautiful and fast work.
