I had come in for builder gels. showed them a picture was told they could do it. MIDWAY THRU THE SERVICE the lady doing my nails tells me she can't do that design. not ideal, but I decide to settle for one of the designs from their samples. She said she can't do it. At this point my nails have been manhandled and feel sore and I feel anxious due to the attitude I was given throughout the appointment, so I find the most simple flower design I can on Google images. I watch it sloppily start to get painted and instead of for her to just do any flower that she can on just the thumbnail to try to make it easier. This place is GARBAGE!!! DO NOT GO HERE if you want to deal with rude people who waste your time. I went there & they asked me to wait 30min, so I ran an errand and came back. When I got back they STILL couldn't take me. I waited 15min and at this point with their chair being broken & hot water not working- I just left. This place SUCKS.
