Working with Guardian on my roofing project was a first class experience. Mario was awesome in the estimation phase with his specific knowledge of what needed to be done. Throughout the project, communication was good and responsive. The work crew worked full days, each day, and cleaned up nicely after themselves. Roof looks good. I have no construction experience to rely on, but things look good and correct. I don't think I could ask anything more from a roofing contractor.
We had Mario of Guardian fix a leak in our roof a few years ago. They replace all the underlayment and used all our old tile back on top. We were very happy and satified with their work. We referred our neighbor who also used them. We just referred my sister who is also very satified with their work. She said they cleaned up the yard and driveway very well every evening. They were very careful working and didn't break any of her tiles. Mario was very prompt in answering our texts and taking of our concerns. We would recommend them to anyone we know who has roofing needs!!
Guardian Roofs repaired two of my valleys on my older roof. They did a fabulous job. They are true professionals, honest, easy to communicate with and answered all my questions. Their pricing was fair and they made sure i understood the entire process. I would highly recommend them and will certainly use them again when it's time to re-roof my home.
