I had a service done by Karen. I found her on Groupon. She said come in. You don't have to go through Groupon. I will honor the same contract. I will do your eyebrows plus a refresh I contacted Karen multiple times messaging Phone no response. She did answer once and says oh I'm out of the country. Oh be patient with me gave her three months message message message nothing so she got the full price for just doing one session and obviously I'm not gonna get the second section but she kept all the money. This is not cool, beware that you don't get scammed by her I can't believe that people just do this to people with no consideration

I absolutely love my eyebrows!! The process was fairly simple. I contacted Karen and we made an appointment the following day! She numbed me with some Cream and begin the process!! It was not painful at all... in fact I almost fell asleep... and when I woke up my brows were beautiful. Granted walking in I literally had no brows but now, I feel confident to go swimming, dancing, heck everything! I def recommend her and she is sooo sweet and informative as well!
