They put you on hold and then hang up on you. Everyone I call the phone goes click. Stop hanging up and answer the phone. It also goes to voice mail. Your voicemail saids your open till 6pm. Please answer the phone. I am trying to schedule an appointment, and you don't even bother calling back. This is unprofessional .

The front desk is horrible. The staff do not know how to do their job. And like another one said earlier in the review column. They do not Care if you are. going through a crisis. And to get documentation signed by your doctor for your psychological. Well, being they refuse to do it without charging you a small fee which is ridiculous because I'm on. GR

They will switch your meds & not call you back when you have a bad reaction. Front office staff is very rude & the manager claimed I refused to take a medication, yes I did because I’ve already taken it & I had a bad reaction. Then my “dr” called in a medication with side effects I can’t risk, I have severe spinal injuries if I were to fall I would become paralyzed, the #1 side effect is falling & breaking bones. Well that sounds like a bad idea to me & the pharmacist. After leaving msg Friday & today I’ve still not heard a word from my “dr”
