The app gives you diet suggestions that will help you lose fat and gain muscle if that is your goal. You can also complete workouts through the app if you want to do them on your own.
But if you crave community: The gym culture is one of friendliness- everyone cheers for each other as they reach their goals. It’s clean with a great variety of machines and free weights.

I’ve been going to Development Fitness the past couple of months and have been training with Floyd. Floyd is very easy to talk to and he’s knowledgeable. I have seen great results in my body composition, I really enjoy the exercises for each session it’s always something different he keeps it exciting and challenging which helps it from being routine and boring. I always look forward to coming each time. I’m so happy I found DF and Floyd in helping me with my fitness goals.
