The front medical assistant couldn't find the FedEx store I was applying for in her system so she just sent me to get a urine sample without any info except for my name and cellphone number. The lady that took my urine sample wasn't too friendly either. She said there is a two part urine sample for the drug test and didn't bother to explain herself

The people were very nice but I did not like that my appointment was scheduled for 9am and I should up early but still wasn’t seen until after 10am. I came all the way from Fresno so it was slightly annoying that I wasn’t seen until over an hour after my appointment time. Also I did not like that when they went to take my blood they missed the first time which is fine but then they did it again with a smaller needle and still missed by this time it was almost 12 so I then had to find a quest to get my blood test but I had to wait until after 1pm because they were all closed for lunch. I called to schedule and learned I could do a "walk in" which was helpful. I drove from North County San Diego to the office. Once I found the right office I checked in and was given the tablet to provide my medical history/details. Having driven that far and "holding" for the upcoming urine test I asked if I could take that part of the "test" sooner rather than later (since I was waiting after turning the tablet with my info and being told someone would call me. I was accommodated right away (very helpful, then got a blood pressure check, height/weight check and waited in a room. The doctor came in shortly and conducted his evaluation.... read full review
