I called about a week ago because I noticed water on my garage floor (which sits below my deck) after some strong rains. Your PM (Diego) stopped by today and performed a thorough inspection and helped me determine the cause of the leak which did not involve your craftsmanship but rather some siding I had replaced recently as part of a paint project. Very good group here. Ido is the guy you want to talk to. I previously repaired this balcony with another company and it still leaked. Ido came and redid it and improved the sloping on the balcony so it drains better too. Definitely recommend. They do good work.

When you have a leaky balcony and trying to find someone to trust can be a challenge. I had six companies that I called.Two were too busy to give even any estimate. Third company was too far out tried to give a more of a guesstimate. Fourth one stood me up on the day of estimate and gave a run around so I nailed him on Yelp review since he lied on Yelp response.The last two were All proof Deck and other company. The other one gave me a very competitive estimate but I had to pay extra for five year warranty and that gave me an uneasy feeling about whole thing.So I’ve decided to go with All Proof Deck and I am very proud of myself that I made a right choice.
