Each work crew made quite a mess, but by the end of their work day, the area was nicely cleaned. Alan Smith Pool did a beautiful and fantastic job in replastering a pool. Everyone they dealt with were professional and kind. They recommended suggestions without any pressure. The workers cleaned up after completion, which was very appreciated. Alan Smith Pool is highly recommended for their expertise and workmanship.

This should be 4.5 stars because of the time it took to complete the work. This was supposed to be a one week project, however it extended to three weeks due to subcontractors' schedules. CJ was an excellent sales representative and was very responsive, however, as noted above, scheduling became an issue. Sergio provided excellent stain finesse and worked well with our landscape designer. We highly recommend Sergio!
Alan Smith Pools completed an absolutely wonderful swimming pool retrofit and replaster to our 30+ year old pool and spa. The only frustration we had was in the permitting process as required by the City because we added a Baja deck (“structural change”).
The various teams were professional and timely while the support team in the office provided email communication during every phase of the job. Our Project Manager John Palmieri was awesome as he keep us up-to-date with everything.
The final product is exactly what we had envisioned (“dreamed”). We are thrilled and cannot wait to use the Baja deck and pool after the curing process.
