We loaded and shipped U Pack from Chicago to Orange. Everyone was very helpful and service was great. We drove our car and U Pack arrived before us. Very satisfied. U Pack is very large.

The U pack exercise we've done the last few days went great. Excellent to work with the dispatcher guy.Everything done promptly and right.Feeling like I'm running a freight operation.

Moving is very stressful and expensive. The ABF service center up in Washington had great service and I had no problems with them, but down here receiving my UPack with ABF Orange, the drop off was late outside of the time window I was given, and when it was empty and ready to be picked up, they had a truck 'break down' (I found out that was a lie) and they couldn't pick it up until after the weekend. The problem is that it was not my property and I was only allowed to have the crate there for 24h. If they don't pick it up on time today today I may have to hire another forklift company to move it for them. Thank you for the extra unnecessary stress... read full review
