I did my best to work with the U-Pack team throughout this process. The initial calls went smoothly, but when I reached out to coordinate with ABF Freight, the experience quickly deteriorated. The representative at the Compton, CA location was unprofessional, dismissive, and unwilling to be flexible. I understand that logistical challenges, such as permitting or scheduling, can arise — but the lack of flexibility and poor communication were unacceptable.

Terrible experience with ABF Freight. We entrusted them with two separate shipments, but due to their operational mistakes, both were lost or mishandled.
-One shipment (Pro# 151***74, valued at $3,000) was reported as lost in transit, but ABF refused to provide any proof of what happened.
-The other shipment (Pro# 151***73, valued at $8,000) was mislabeled due to their own mistake and ended up being bundled with the first, effectively lost as well.

terrible service they did not want to deliver package to my porch like all the other delivery companies said my driveway was to steep they wanted to charge extra for delivery to my front porch never ever heard of anything like this would not recommend
