I want to take the time to write a review about a positive experience I had with this company. Thank you to the owner Lulu and staff for turning an unfortunate circumstance into a stress free pleasant one. If you decide to take your furry baby to this establishment know that you will be in good hands. I took my dog Bentley here for a bath and cut, while getting a haircut he was nicked which caused him to need stitches. The owner handled this matter responsibly, and fairly . She acted promptly; contacted me and explained what happened she then offered to pay for his vet expenses. Also We weren't charged grooming service. THEY DID AMAZING! My 5 year old Maltipoodle can be aggressive when his paws and private areas are touched but they did a great job giving him the best haircut and grooming experience ever! Thank you guys, truly, I am so thankful that this place took great care of my baby!

I've been looking for a new groomer for my maltipoo ever since after we moved to Ontario. Tried a few places but ended up in disappointments. Finally, I think we've got a place! We were very happy with the cut. My baby's fur stayed so soft for days. The staff was friendly, too. Will recommend this place to anyone looking for a new groomer.
