This was my first visit to Sunrise Optometry, which happened by coincidence while I was getting service next door. The location was convenient, right next to Kohl's department store. Although I didn't purchase eyeglasses during this visit, Mr. Charlie, who welcomed me, was friendly and provided excellent customer service. He clearly consulted with me on which frame and color would suit me best, and there were plenty of options to choose from. I plan to return for an eye exam next time and, subsequently, purchase eyeglasses.

Doctor was nice. The man fitting my glasses and working the front was rude. There were 2 people taking naps in the waiting chairs the whole time I was there, so my dad who came with me to watch my baby had nowhere to sit and was awkwardly shuffling around the small front room of glasses the whole time. Overall, it wasn't the professional experience I am used to at the optometrist.
