If I could give negative stars I would. Always the run around just to get simple documents. Don't think being a long time patient will get you anything as far as customer service goes. They push you to get things done before they are due so they can charge you more fees. They always want separate visits for each step so they can bill your insurance more often.

I had the worst experience with the staff and defiantly with Dr.H for not taking any action. The last thing she said to me was "I will find out who made the mistake" and she never went back to the room to apologize for her staffs mistake or anything. I made my appointment a month in advance for a physical which never took place. Due to an error one of the staff members made at the time of writing it down. They provided me an outdated list of labs they refer me to for blood work. I had to figure it out on my own. At the end of the last phone call I had with one of the receptionist she suggested for me to find a different doctor. RUDE However she read my mind what makes them think I would ever go back to such place. I think MEDICARE people get better treatment and attention than I did having insurance. It was a waste of my time going to this place. Don't let them nice looking place deceive you. Looks aren't everything if the people running it are unprofessional.

I was pretty happy with my service. I had bought a microdermabrasion treatment through Amazon Local. I went to redeem it and everything went fine. The receptionist didn't look like the happiest camper but it didn't bother me too much. Ambiance, ehhhhhh, well, it was lacking. Its located across from residential homes and there were kids biking by and playing outside. Not to "spa like". The actual service they provided was decent. The skin tightening treatment was odd and I have never had something like this done before. She put this wet cloth like mask on my face and she used this metal pen and swiped it over my face. It creates this tingly sensation all over your face The lady that did my face did a skin consultation as they usually do. They tried to sell me this and that as I had expected. I turned it all down. It wasn't amazing, but it wasn't horrible. I would do it again for the same price :)
