JC came out for a service call and was extremely polite and and has excellent customer service skills. He assisted the problems and went right to work. He does excellent work and will be back to complete the job once the rain lets up and he is able to complete the job. Michelle customer service rep was awesome she is very helpful and checked on JC once he was done with the partial completion and has already set the return appointment date and time.look forward to JC returning and completing work.

Where to start. If you don’t use RCNS I feel bad for you. I was referred to them for Solar. After several bids I went with them and was blown away with the service. My friend started the process at the same time using a different company because of his friends referral. Every detail was done by RCNS, from start to finish. We both needed a panel upgrade and RCNS did it the same day as my panel install. My friend had to hire an electrician & paid much more. RCNS does EVERYTHING required for a complete install. I have been debating getting solar for awhile and finally decided to pull the trigger. Rooms Covers and Solar gave me a great price and handled all the tedious permit issues with the City and electric company. The installation team was great, the panels were installed exactly where I wanted them and I had no issues with any roof damage. Great company, I'm glad I went with them.
