As a giant, everything in life is ment for shorter people. Back, foot, and leg pain are consistant irratants in my life. I went to try out a life coach compared to a massage therapist. The life coach does a s*** ton more. I definently recommend it. After leaving, i felt great and satisfied with this experience. I wish i could put more then 5 stars

I highly recommend the services of OptimaLife Practices. I suffer from chronic pain and Mike, who is trained in both massage and hypnotherapy (along with vocational and life coaching), is a true expert at combining hypnosis along with restorative massage therapy resulting in significant pain relief. During each session the hypnosis helps me achieve deep relaxation followed with the restorative massage therapy. Mike has really helped in the long term management of my back and leg pain. Mike also incorporates his expertise in life/work/interpersonal counseling during the session.
