Most ridiculous and and frustrating, they had to deliver a medical device which is very urgent and its a 1 day delivery, they are still not able to find the package after an address change by shipper. We are still waiting from past 1week and the patients is stressed out. we are going to sue these people.Customer service team don't even know the seriousness and they don't have any communication with warehouse teams at Ontario CA.
