The process was smooth and accurate, Eduardo really make the difference, is the best financial manager. I'm thankful for great attention that he gave me.

staff was very friendly and professional. I was there to correct 4 recalls. i think, I should've gotten a gas fill-up, car wash, something. it ended up costing ME money to get them fixed, cause i had to Uber to work.. very disappointed... Your recalls should NOT COST the customer ANY money its already taking my time to drop-off and pick up. Do better Volkswagen !!!

My experience at this dealership was absolutely stellar, and I wholeheartedly give it a five-star rating, primarily due to the exceptional service provided by Eduardo Zermeno, the finance manager. The highlight of my visit was the purchase of an ID4, which initially felt like a dream come true. However, shortly after leaving the dealership, we encountered an issue with the AC, which was particularly challenging given that we live two hours away.The response from the sales manager was disheartening, as they initially suggested there was nothing they could do since the car had left the lot.
