Checked in recently to pick up a close friend from the ER and had a really positive and enjoyable experience! The Hospital was very clean and well manicured from the outside and the signs were helpful in directing us where to park. All the Nurses and Security Guards were extremely friendly in answering our questions and the 24 Hour Pharmacy was well lit, properly staffed, and designed with highly efficient systems to make the process smooth and enjoyable. My Friend who got discharged told me the Nurses who took care of him were extra considerate and caring and pampered him with heated blankets when he told them the low iron in his System made him easily cold. It's nice to have all the specialist and so forth under one building. The only bad thing that I have came across is that any baby mama issues have to go to Fontana. Take note I have been with Kaiser for a good 7 years. They have a huge run around with prior authorizations if you're not on top of what you need. If you have a disability, I believe things are a little easier. There are plenty of pros in my case, more than cons. The more through with the questions the better answers you will get. My suggestion is to use AI to get your point across. I only wish people good health, prosperity, and love.
