Kyle came out and did a toilet installation. He was prepared, knowledgeable and efficient he answered all of our questions. Most importantly the installation came out great. We will be calling for future service!
NEXGen came out over our AC going down. It was a basic fix except a part was fused and wouldn't come out. They really tried everything to save it putting in the extra time and effort. When it was finally declared a loss, they gave a large discount on a replacement part and put me on the top of the queue for the next morning. They even called and came earlier than anticipated and prioritized us.
I'm thrilled with the service I received from Ethan today. First, he was very prompt, actually a few minutes early. Then, he proceeded to diagnose and discover the problem, and install the part that needed replacing. He was respectful, courteous and graciously answered my questions about the proper way to set my AC. My experience confirmed that I made the right choice when I purchased my HVAC from NexGen.
