Appointments are readily available, usually within a few days to a week. Pet owners appreciate the vet's thoroughness and willingness to provide all options, making informed decisions possible. The hospital has earned high praise from clients with dogs and cats, who feel comfortable and well-cared for. The staff is noted for being super friendly and welcoming, and they show genuine love for pets. They offer support during routine check-ups, illness treatment, and even serious surgeries. A follow-up call the next day is common to check on pets after visits. The vets are understanding and always ready to answer questions, which adds to the positive experience for both pets and their owners.
We had a great experience with both Veronica and Ana! Both are extremely talented and kind, compassionate people who really care about animals and my dog really loved them both! They always were very thorough and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend them for pet rehabilitation and will continue to use their services as needed!
I’ve had really bad experience with past vets that my golden it’s traumatized. At New Haven everyone was kind and patient with Ivy and Leo had a great experience with them.
Very caring staff for my 15 year old JRT. He’s always nervous so it’s helpful they can be so supportive. Great doctors & they don’t try to oversell their services.
