Mike was referred to me by a coworker and has installed two water softener systems for me and another for my parents. His son and another worker came out the second time. Also put in reverse osmosis at both homes and an instahot as well. Very quick response time and turnaround in terms of getting parts and installation done, he isn't messing around when it comes to getting work done. For various reasons my second system had several glitches along the way and with a little persistence had Mike come back out and he was determined to make things right and he did.
