I had to put down my 17-yr old dog this weekend. Found this place on a last minute decision and they gladly took me in without appointment. The vet explained the process, answered all my questions and was very gentle with my dog. The assistant staff who helped me was very very kind and compassionate. I will definitely come back here if I get a dog again. Thankful to find this animal hospital.

Brought my 10 month old cat here on a Saturday as he was not eating, a stuffy nose and hiding a lot after his surgery on Thursday. I brought him here cause the previous clinic was closed Sat/Sun. Dr. Kim noticed that he was running a bit hot so she took his temperature and he was running a 104 degree fever. They brought him to the back to do fluids and medicine for an hour. When I came back to pick him up, she told me the fever wasn't due to the surgery wound, but that he has a cold and is in pain so she prescribed me some pain meds, ointment to increase appetite and showed me how to get him to eat the pills. I visited for the first time today under circumstances I would never wish on anyones beloved pet. The team here was professional, kind and quick in diagnosing what was happening to my pup. Helen Kim is a caring, genuine and an intelligent veterinarian. She took my pup in for x-rays and started treatment immediately. I could not have asked for anything better. Cynthia handled her transfer call to emergency with professionalism and I am so grateful. If it wasn't for them I don't know what would be happening now.
