“I called several companies to get new key fobs for my wife's Tahoe. The owner answered right away and answered all my questions quickly. He's clearly a pro, as he knew all the questions to ask specific to my vehicle, year, make, and model. I needed to send him some photos and we texted back and forth. He was always quick to respond, polite, helpful, and professional. He used genuine Chevrolet key fobs to make the repair and came to us in Yucaipa from his office in Ontario. He charged us a very fair rate for travel and was completely transparent about all of the pricing. We made an appointment for him to come out and he texted us when he was on the way and arrived right on time. The whole job took maybe 15 minutes. He showed us that all the key fobs worked for the doors, remote start, tailgate etc... He was super polite, professional, and helpful in person as well.
