On 9/26/2023 @1647, Irene the gate attendant was rude and unprofessional in her responses to my questions. After conducting my business with the company, I asked for a second copy of the bill of lading, she waved me off and stated the copier was broken. Please offer her further training in customer service when dealing vendors. Thank you
When I arrived, I was shocked to see the comments at 5:30. By 6:05 pm I already had the trailer empty and the paper was signed quickly. The bad thing is that you have to park outside on the street until they call you.
I'm a truck driver drop and hooks is all I do here so far everything has been good with this place! Only negative for me is the place is small and they park trailer hella crooked or to close..
