More friendly, a little hi how are you, or a smile goes a long way! I’ve said it over and over I need to stop coming here because it’s just an unpleasant environment. First, it’s a staff and secondly, when you have an SUV and the wash doesn’t clean off the back window the back bumper area and then you asked to have your car re-washed they look at you like why I don’t know if it’s the machines here but my front grill area is always dirty after whether it’s bird crap or bugs. I passed by this car wash real quick and was greeted with amazing customer service! I was a but nervous because i wouldn't be able to reach the machine but luckily there was a member there, Justin who gave me amazing service! He let me know about a great deal that was ongoing and even after i denied the initial request, he was still very helpful and nice!!
