This lady is very rude over the phone and is not a good listener. I called only looking for information and potentially having her file my taxes and she kept on cutting me off. She needs to work on listening rather than cutting people off in mid speech. Elaine needs to work on better customer service very rude. I'll be going somewhere else for my tax purposes

Rude a** lady, I called the other day about a question and Oou how she sounded bothered. Well I continued to ask my question and there she is breathing out loud like she was so bothered by the call. I then ask her if I can go ahead and just talk to someone else, I guess she's the only one there. Telling me how it's her business and she knows everything about the IRS and to go ahead and ask her... SHE COULDNT EVEN ANSWER MY QUESTION. She told me to go to IRS.gov and to read up on it or that someone there should be able to help me. So I wasted my time and got attitude from it.
