* Very shortly after posting the below review, a different representative from Cap Bargain reached out to me. They saw my review and wanted to try and change my mind. He followed up with an embroidery sample that does in fact match my artwork. Following my approval he replaced my entire original order. His email worked and was punctual in responding to me. I was happy with how he handled the situation given how badly it had previously gone.

I worked with Ken Russo at Cap Bargain and he was very helpful in making sure our order was produced correctly and on time for our event. Cap Bargain offered the best price for quality hats and we and our client were impressed.

Wow. I am really surprised by these reviews. I run a non-profit and found CapBargain last winter. Loved that they were located in California which made communication easy. I place frequent, large orders and they are always perfect. One batch had a few flaws and they fixed without question. My contact, Eddie, is such a kind person who responds promptly. Again, I don't know about these other reviews but I couldn't run my partnerships without CB and I highly recommend them!
