Bridge Home Health has been taking care of my 96 year old father for 2 months now and I couldn’t be any more happier. Each and every health care worker assigned to my fathers case is perfect. Everyone always go above and beyond to see to it my father is bouncing back from his hip fracture. Eric, Rubie, Dara and Karen have played a crucial roll in getting my father back on his feet. Recently had services with this company. The nurses and therapist were very good with what they do but the office needs better communication within. I was originally going to put a 3 star but Austin from the office did a follow up call after I was discharged. He checked to see how things were and if I had any questions remaining that weren't answered. He went above and beyond, listened and then was able to have a manager call me back to fix my concerns. I would come back to this company again if I needed home health services
Bridge has been extremely kind and caring to my Husband. Doloris our LVN is the best! She’s gone above an beyond for my husband. My husbands recovery skyrocketed when bridge began working with us. I’m very happy with our experience:)
