I contacted Bear Paw after receiving their flyer in my mailbox. Owner, Joel Gonzalez, responded in a timely manner and was on time for our appointment. Joel listened to my ideas and he shared his vision. He presented me with a digital design and the end result was just that. Joel is conscious and precise in his hands on work as is his helper Francisco. My paver porch and walkway in the front yard is beautiful. The 45 new plants complete the renovation design.I highly recommend Bear Paw.
Bear Paw Landscape did an excellent job in fixing my Mother in Law’s large backyard in Chino. Joel and his assistant Francisco arrived early every morning, and worked hard and efficiently to complete a well designed project in only 8 days. They were able to reuse over two thirds of demolition rubble at the site through creative ways, which included: building raised vegetable beds, creating borders for water retention around avocado trees, building a secondary retention wall/hill topped with nice plants, and using demolition material to stabilize soil slopes. They also planted low maintenance succulents and fruit trees in beautiful arrangements, as well as drought tolerant bushes to provide both erosion control and privacy. In addition, they improved storm water management by building a nice rainwater retention garden with river rocks and by regrading slopped areas. Not only did they work efficiently, but they also communicated continuously with me and were always open to suggestions. Finally, the project’s total cost was quite reasonable and less expensive than other bids we received. We were very pleased with Bear Paw Landscape and we would recommend this company without any hesitation.
