I would give Lucas and his business a 10 star rating if I could. Him and his team did great work on the exterior of my house. From concrete to landscaping, they did an awesome job. Would definitely recommend and use for any other projects in the future. Communication and quality all the way thru the whole project . Everything he said he was going to do got done and more.
My wife and I are both civil engineers. By nature we pay close attention to the details and have high expectations. Lucas communicates clearly and promptly. He fulfilled his commitments and treated our house as if it was his home. No shortcuts and considered long term care. He also practiced flexibility as we made changes. The siding on the south side of my house was badly damaged and I knew I needed to replace it, but I had also been looking at the energy inefficiency of my home and thought it might be a good time to replace and upgrade siding on the entire house. I contacted Lucas of Alpha Building Co. and he gave me a quote to replace just the siding on the south side and also one to replace siding on the entire house. Lucas encouraged me to research and to consider additional energy saving measures that could be incorporated into the residing process if that's what I wanted to do.
