I absolutely love Waisted Body Bar! Every visit is beyond relaxing, and the lymphatic massages are truly the best I’ve ever experienced. The ladies here are incredibly kind, attentive, and make you feel completely comfortable from the moment you walk in. I always leave feeling lighter, more toned, and genuinely rejuvenated. The red light therapy is the perfect finishing touch… it’s warm, soothing, and enhances the whole experience in the most calming way. I’m so obsessed!

I’ve been receiving treatments of cavitation, skin tightening and lymphatic treatments shortly after an ankle break. I had previous onset of lipodema on my legs that was enhanced by the injury and immobility.
Both Jaime and Natalie have been caring, knowledgeable, empathetic, personal yet professional..They truly know their art and care.
There’s been many times during my healing that they have always reminded me to “Trust The Process” Holding space during our treatments.
I’m not fully healed yet but, I know with these girls and their expertise in the work they share that the healing is smoother and faster.
