My dog started vomiting non stop. Was referred here by my normal vet who couldn't fit us in. We received fast courteous care. Everything was explained and different choices were given with prices outlined. The prices were very fair for the services received. I would definitely return.
From the moment we walked in with our howling, scared kitty, the staff was so comforting! Our fur baby was sick for days and they were able to get us an appointment and in their care within a half hour! Dr. Derringer was so calming and caring to Ziggy. And Torre kept us calm! Wow!! What a great team & such a pawsitive experience! I have an extremely nervous & agitated pitbull/jack russell terrier mix that loathes going to the vet, definitely my fault as he hasn't had a ton of experience or training when going through stressful situations so I have avoided them. The team was absolutely amazing in making us feel understood, cared for, and also relaying great resources & tips to help. Shoutout to the receptionist, I wish I got her name, I spoke to that assured me they would be able to assist us no worries and got us to come in without hesitation, which is usually hard for me. She greeted us as soon as we came in and was very helpful. Torie, Sadie, & Dr Derringer were all absolute angels that helped us through every step of the way. My pup was in great hands. I would definitely suggest calling & making an appt here if you feel nervous as to where to bring an anxious fur baby. Thank you to the team for your diligence, patience, kindness, & knowledge. It is very much appreciated by our family & Ziggy!
