Tony was our sales person. He was very polite to my wife and I. We went to his store to look at some wood flooring and chose a few colors we liked. We made an appointment for a few days later to have him come to our house with the samples. He measured our house and gave us a quote and Tony explained how there could be an extra cost once we pull up the old flooring because he can’t see the condition of the concrete floor. He said he might have to fill some cracks or level out the floor. And he gave us a breakdown of the cost and everything. Unique Flooring staff worked hard and fast from the moment they set foot in my house. The project was completed in just under 2 weeks. The project included tearing out 22 year old carpeting, and removing all baseboards in our 2 story house. They also repaired slab damage that the builder hid under the carpet! I give them 6+ stars!!!
From start to finish Tony and his team did a fantastic job! They even finished faster than quoted. Now, thanks to my new carpet, I no longer need to wear socks or shoes inside. Thanks!
